To create your password for the first time or to reset a forgotten password follow these steps:
1. Check your e-mail for a temporary password.
2. If this is your first time setting your permanent password enter your username and temporary password sent to you by the Network Administrator. if you need to reset a forgotten passwod please e-mail or call the network administrator and follow the instructions.
3. If you need to change your password please us the set or reset your password here link under the Set Or Reset Your Password Or Two Factor Methods link in the menu. Login by entering your username and current password click on the change password link. Follow the instructions.
Access to these services is only available from the following countries: United States, Australia and New Zealand.
You may reset your Two Factor Login Method as well.
Password Requirements:
Must be at least 16 characters long.
Ten lowercase letters.
Two numbers.
Two special characters.
Cannot contain your username.
You must wait 72 hours (3 days) to change it again.
It must be change every 120 days.
You cannot reuse the last six (6) passwords you have used.
The server will undergo nightly maintenance Sunday thru Thursday nights from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM Central Time.
